SHIPPING POLICY
Everything here is made to order.
We don't keep a stockroom. Each shirt is printed for you after you order it, which means there's a short production window before anything ships.
Production time: 1-3 business days to make your order.
Shipping time: Once it ships, US delivery takes a further 2-5 business days.
So from order to doorstep, expect roughly 3-8 business days. We print and ship from within the United States, so there's no international wait and no customs.
Where we ship: United States and Canada only, for now.
Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you didn't, check your spam folder, then email us.
Lost, stuck, or late parcels: If tracking stalls or your order doesn't arrive in the expected window, email us at support@niceshirtdude.store with your order number. We'll chase it and make it right.
Wrong address: We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Double-check it. We can't reroute a parcel once it's printed and gone, and a wrong address you entered isn't something we can refund.
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Made-to-order, so read this before you buy.
Because every shirt is printed specifically for you, we don't accept returns for "changed my mind" or wrong-size-ordered. Check the size guide before ordering.
What we absolutely cover:
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or it's simply the wrong item, that's on us and we'll fix it. Email support@niceshirtdude.store within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the problem
We'll replace it or refund it your choice. You won't pay return shipping on a defect or a mistake that's ours.
Sizing: A shirt that fits differently than you hoped isn't a defect. Use the size chart on each product page. If you're between sizes, size up these are relaxed-fit.
Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. How fast it appears depends on your bank, not us.
Cancellations: Because production starts quickly, we can only cancel an order if it hasn't entered production yet. Email us fast if you need to cancel.
TERMS OF SERVICE
The plain version.
These terms cover your use of Cool Shirt Dude (the "store") and any purchase you make from us. Placing an order means you accept them.
Who we are: Cool Shirt Dude is based in the United Kingdom. Contact: support@niceshirtdude.store.
Orders: When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. We may decline or cancel orders — including after purchase — for reasons including suspected fraud, stock or production issues, or pricing errors. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.
Pricing and currency: Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD). We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. We try to keep pricing accurate; if an obvious error slips through, we may cancel and refund rather than honour a mistaken price.
Product appearance: Our shirts are garment-dyed and printed to order. Colours and print placement can vary slightly from what you see on screen, screen-to-screen and batch-to-batch. That variation is normal and isn't a defect.
Intellectual property: The designs, text, and graphics on our products and this store are ours and are protected. You're buying a shirt, not the right to reproduce, resell, or reprint the design. Don't copy our designs.
Your conduct: Don't use the store unlawfully, don't try to interfere with it, and don't place fraudulent orders.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent the law allows, Cool Shirt Dude isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country or state.
Changes: We may update these terms. The version posted at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.

We make deadpan graphic tees, print them to order in the United States, and ship them to people who get the joke. There isn't a deeper mission. The shirts are the mission.

What we collect
- Information you give us: name, shipping address, email, and order details.
- Payment information: handled by Shopify Payments. We do not store full card details ourselves.
- Automatically collected: browsing and device data via cookies and tracking pixels, including the Meta/Facebook pixel used for advertising and measurement.

Who we share it with
- Our print and fulfilment provider (Printify and its print partner) to make and ship your order.
